Terms of Use

1.1 Unique Account System: "InfinityID" is the designated core user account system for this platform. All customer logins, logouts, order processing, and product information viewing must be conducted within the InfinityID system.

1.2 Customer Service Conduct: The Company operates the InfinityONE Customer Service Center. Customers must maintain a reasonable and respectful attitude when contacting support. If a customer uses profanity, threats, insults, defamation, or highly inappropriate language, the Company reserves the absolute right to immediately terminate the conversation and permanently ban or suspend the customer's InfinityID without prior notice.

1.3 Consequences of Suspension: If an account is banned due to the aforementioned violations, the customer will permanently lose access rights to all products, unfulfilled services, and any potential benefits within the account. The Company assumes no responsibility for any refunds, compensation, or financial losses.

2.1 Prohibition of Cyber Attacks & Bots: The Company strictly combats any behavior that endangers site security. It is strictly prohibited to attempt to steal site data, maliciously refresh web pages frequently, submit orders repetitively and abnormally, or use automated programs (Bots) for mass registration and scanning.

2.2 VPN & Regional Access Restrictions: To prevent cyber fraud, this site currently only allows free access to real IPs in Hong Kong. The Company strictly prohibits access via any Virtual Private Networks (VPNs, e.g., NordVPN, Surfshark), Proxies, or known malicious third-party IPs. Connections from overseas regions must pass our Interactive Challenge.

2.3 Joint Suspension & No-Appeal Mechanism: If malicious behavior is detected, the Company will permanently block the related IP address and reserves the right to jointly ban all InfinityID accounts that have logged in from that IP. For overall platform security, such bans are final. The Company absolutely does not provide any right to re-enable the account or appeal. Users bear all financial and rights losses resulting from the inability to log in.

3.1 Local Storage Nature: "InfinityVAULT" is a digital safe service provided to secure exclusive assets. The customer acknowledges and explicitly agrees that all data and assets within InfinityVAULT are stored directly and exclusively on the local storage of the customer's own device. Our servers hold no backups and cannot access this data.

3.2 Security Responsibility: Customers must bear the responsibility for their device's cybersecurity. If data within InfinityVAULT is lost, damaged, or stolen due to the device being hacked, infected with viruses, lost, damaged, system reset, or any reason other than direct negligence by the Company, the Company shall bear absolutely no legal or financial liability.

5.1 Nature & Limitations: Information provided by InfinityLINK is generated based on Artificial Intelligence and large data models (AI). Customers acknowledge that AI-generated content may not be completely correct, accurate, comprehensive, or up-to-date.

5.2 Non-Official Stance: Any dialogue, advice, or content output by InfinityLINK is for preliminary reference only and absolutely does not represent the official stance, statement, or correct reply of InfinityONE, nor does it constitute any legally binding commitment.

5.3 Priority of Human Support: For matters involving accounts, orders, refunds, or crucial product info, customers are responsible for contacting live InfinityONE Customer Service for the most accurate information. The Company is not liable for any direct or indirect losses caused by reliance on InfinityLINK information.

5.4 Usage Restrictions: Users must not use InfinityLINK to violate laws, spread harmful content, or conduct system attacks. The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the InfinityLINK service at any time.

6.1 The Site will maintain normal operations using reasonable technology. However, during system maintenance or relocation, the Site may suspend services and shall not be liable for any resulting inconvenience or loss.

6.2 All intellectual property, including text, graphics, and code on this Site, is strictly protected by Hong Kong copyright, patent, and trademark laws.

7.1 Force Majeure: The Company is exempt from liability for failure to fulfill obligations due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, government orders, ISP backbone failures, or goods shortages.

7.2 Prohibition of Illegal Use: If there is reasonable doubt regarding the purchase intent of a product (e.g., illegal use), we will immediately refuse the sale and cancel the order.

8.1 Our store will seek legal advice and take strict action against any violations of these terms.

8.2 The interpretation, validity, and performance of these Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. You agree that the courts of the HKSAR have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
